Peter brings over 25 years of technology leadership to Trilogyworks, with deep expertise spanning cybersecurity strategy, AI governance, and enterprise transformation. His career has taken him from hands-on technical roles to C-suite advisory, giving him a unique ability to translate between technical teams and executive stakeholders. As a fractional CISO and CTO for multiple organizations, Peter has guided security programs for enterprises across finance, energy, healthcare, chemical, and retail industries. He specializes in helping organizations navigate emerging challenges including post-quantum cryptography readiness, AI risk management, and cyber resilience. Peter is co-author of "Upskill or Die: Thriving in the AI Revolution" and hosts the podcast of the same name.
